  • Parking lots and concrete surfaces
  • Fleet and vehicle washing

2.2 Service Limitations

  • We reserve the right to refuse service on surfaces deemed unsafe or unsuitable for pressure washing
  • Delicate surfaces may require alternative cleaning methods at additional cost
  • Weather conditions may affect service scheduling and delivery

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered
  • Additional services requested during work will be quoted separately

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, check, credit card, or electronic transfer
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
  • Returned checks will incur a $ 35 fee

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Property Preparation

  • Remove or secure all personal items from work areas
  • Ensure clear access to all areas to be cleaned
  • Close all windows and doors in the work area
  • Notify us of any delicate plants, decorations, or surfaces

4.2 Safety and Access

  • Provide safe and legal access to the property
  • Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions
  • Ensure pets are secured during service

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Insurance Coverage

  • We maintain general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage
  • Proof of insurance available upon request

5.2 Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions
  • Client must inspect work and report any concerns within 24 hours of completion

5.3 Property Damage

  • We will repair or replace any damage directly caused by our negligence
  • Pre-existing damage should be noted before work begins
  • We are not liable for damage to improperly maintained surfaces

6. Scheduling and Cancellation

6.1 Scheduling

  • Services are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions
  • We will provide reasonable notice of any schedule changes

6.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Client may cancel with 24 hours notice without penalty
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a service charge
  • We reserve the right to cancel due to weather or safety concerns

7. Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Service Guarantee

  • We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from completion
  • We will return to address any areas that do not meet agreed-upon standards
  • Guarantee does not cover normal wear or new staining

7.2 No Other Warranties

  • Services are provided “as is” without additional warranties
  • We make no guarantees regarding specific results or timeframes for cleaning effects

8. Environmental and Safety Compliance

8.1 Environmental Responsibility

  • We comply with all local environmental regulations
  • Appropriate containment and disposal methods are used when required
  • Eco-friendly cleaning solutions available upon request

8.2 Safety Standards

  • All work performed according to industry safety standards
  • Proper equipment and protective gear used at all times

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Communication

  • Any concerns should be reported immediately for prompt resolution
  • We commit to addressing all legitimate complaints within 48 hours

9.2 Legal Disputes

  • Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
